Medicines Optimisation Team, Lincolnshire ICB 

The Medicines Optimisation Team have developed a 2024/25 workplan that takes into account National and Local priorities. The plan includes a number of quality and financial actions, and aims to:

  • support our prescribers to deliver the best medication options
  • set high quality standards of care
  • improve patient outcomes
  • reduce unwarranted clinical variation across the County
