Empowered Relief™ is an evidence-based, 2-hour virtual workshop on pain that rapidly equips people with knowledge and skills around pain and pain management.
The CRG provide this class as an entry point for people looking to explore pain education and non-pharmacological pain management. The session includes signposting to other support and resources within Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire Pain Café
Lincolnshire’s NHS has launched a new virtual pain café held throughout the year that people can join from the comfort of their own home and join others experiencing similar persistent pain, to learn new techniques, share experiences and look at alternatives to medication.

Lincolnshire Sleep School
Lincolnshire Sleep School is a 3-session educational resource which introduces patients to the principles of sleep science and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi). CBTi is the first line therapy for insomnia and thought to be effective for 3 in every 4 people, including those with moderate to severe insomnia.
